退款政策

1.    退換貨準則

如有退換貨需求，請於收到商品3天內聯絡客服人員，並提供「姓名」、「訂單編號」、「聯絡電話」、「退貨商品名稱」、「退貨原因及照片」等資料，客服人員收到後將會協助您進行退換貨。

發貨前
-客人下單付費後，訂單將不能更改、退款。
-如客人堅持更改、退款，有關退款訂單/部份產品的「交易手續費」需要由客人承擔（交易手續費為3%），另外將會收取額外的HKD15的退款手續費。系統會將會扣除相關手績費後原路退返。
-其他付款方法，而想安排退款訂單/部份產品，請客人聯繫我們，我們會按情況安排。

退換貨須知

退換貨商品必須為︰

(一) 與訂單不符的商品；

(二) 非人為所造成的污損、故障。

請保留完整的原始包裝（包括外包裝紙盒），否則恕不接受退換貨。

6. 因主觀原因/個人而引起的退換我們有權不予退換，例如跟色差、想像中不同、感覺不好看、沒需要。

每張訂單只提供一次換貨服務。如客人收貨後，發現有質量問題或有瑕疵的貨品，必須先通知本店客服人員進行相關退貨程序。經本店客服人員確認後方可再包裝方可退回本店。不設退款服務)

為免人為或其他因素影響產品而引致任何誤會，請於收貨後一個工作天內檢查貨品。如有合理原因，需到退貨地址交收
（因保障雙方，能面對面檢查貨品一次，請於三天前預約）. 

3.   退換貨、維修程序

客人如需退貨更換貨品或維修貨品，需自行攜帶有問題的貨品上維修點

請客人現場測試貨品是否能正常操作沒有損壞。

*如需郵寄到維修點，請客人自行支付郵寄的運費（來回）

*如有任何爭議，OTL Mall保留最終決定權。

1. Return and Exchange Rules

If you need to return or exchange goods, please contact the customer service staff within 3 days of receiving the goods and provide "name", "order number", "contact number", "return product name", "return reason and photos" and other information. The customer service staff will assist you in returning or exchanging goods after receiving them.

Return and Exchange Notice

The returned or exchanged goods must be:

(i) Goods that do not match the order;

(ii) Damage or failure caused by non-human factors.

Please keep the original packaging (including the outer packaging carton) intact, otherwise returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

If the goods have the following conditions, they will not be exchanged:

1. Returned goods that are more than 7 days old and are not returned for this return order.

2. Non-new goods: If the goods are worn and dirty due to human problems, any human damage, or the returned goods have obvious stains or odors, we will have the right not to return or exchange them. We will reserve the final decision on whether the goods have obvious stains or odors.
3. Incomplete packaging: Complete packaging should include goods, packaging bags, packaging boxes, instructions, and accessories.
4. Processing on the goods, such as printing, is not the original product.
5. Damage or other labels on the packaging affect secondary sales.
6. We have the right not to accept returns and exchanges due to subjective reasons/personal reasons, such as color difference, different from imagination, not good-looking, and no need.

Each order only provides one exchange service. If the customer finds quality problems or defective goods after receiving the goods, he must first notify our customer service staff to carry out the relevant return procedures. After confirmation by our customer service staff, it can be repacked and returned to our store. No refund service)

*If we fail to recover the goods within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the return and exchange of goods.

To avoid any misunderstanding caused by human or other factors, please check the goods within one working day after receiving them. If there is a reasonable reason, you need to go to the return address to collect them
(To protect both parties, you can check the goods face to face once, please make an appointment three days in advance).

3. Return, exchange and repair procedures

If customers need to return, exchange or repair goods, they need to bring the problematic goods to the repair point by themselves

Please test the goods on site to see if they can operate normally without damage.

*If you need to mail them to the repair point, please pay the shipping fee (round trip) by yourself

*In case of any dispute, OTL Mall reserves the right to make the final decision.
