Without a doubt it is the fundamental stage, where the different flavors of coffee are reached. It is, literally, to roast green beans to the point where the desired aromas and flavors develop. To achieve the ideal roasting, we look for a time and a just temperature for each origin or blend, which allows the grain to express its natural characteristic to the maximum.

Through the application of heat, the grain loses moisture and begins to gain acidity, while suffering the caramelization of its natural sugars and its size increases dramatically. Our expert roaster, is the artist who develops different levels of roasting, in a personalized and artisanal way, with the aim of highlighting the aroma and the particular flavor of coffee, maintaining the nuances of its origin.

100% naturally roasted coffee beans without preservatives without added sugars or aromas.
Citrus and floral coffee with fruity notes characteristic of the most fertile regions of Ethiopia known for its unique acidity. From the cradle of coffee we select the best beans to achieve a smooth blend with notably accentuated acidity enhanced by its floral and citrus notes.

Brew the best cup of coffee:
1.    Filtered coffee
2 tbs (10g) of coffee for 170 ml (6oz) of filtered water at 93°C (200°F)

2.    Cold Brew
Add 100g (0.22LB) of ground coffee and 700 ml (23 oz) of cold filtered water to a jug. Let steep in the fridge (16-20 hours). Filter the coffee and let serves over ice.
