Distilled with a mix of locally-grown and Southeast Asian Calamansi, our Calamansi Gin was created to deliver a thirst-quenching experience amidst Hong Kong’s summer heat and humidity. A native fruit to Southeast Asia, the Calamansi’s crisp aroma, strategically paired with juniper berries and a hint of spruce bring on an incredibly fresh and invigorating citrus experience.

Tasting Notes: Characteristically Calamansi on the nose — bright, crisp and zesty. When sipped, refreshing notes of citrus develop into a soft undertone of juniper berries, before finishing with a lingering flavor of spruce tips
The Perfect Serve
Gin & Tonic
Add 1 part Calamansi Gin to 2 parts premium tonic and mix well. Top up with a generous amount of ice and garnish with half a Calamansi.
Tip #1
Calamansi can be bought at most Filipino grocery stores in Hong Kong but if you can’t find any near you, any citrus fruit would work too!
Tip #2
When the summer heat gets unbearable, sprinkle a pinch of mineral salt into your Gin & Tonic for a more thirst-quenching experience (think pocari).
Tip #3
For those who prefer an option with less sugar, replace the tonic with soda (or even do half of each for a milder sweetness).
