The patented "Spike to Cut" burr is made of harder and more durable SUS440 high-carbon stainless steel, with a hardness of up to 58.5~60.5 HRC. Rust-proof and wear-resistant. The coffee beans are first detached, leaving large pieces of silver skin intact. You get a cleaner mouthfeel. Fast cutting and less grinding also effectively reduce fines.
