Timemore has a lot of new product announcements planned for 2025, starting with the Brick 01S electric block grinder, followed by the Whirly 01S portable electric grinder. The hand grinder takes over, and then the C5 hand grinder runs the final leg! The Timemo C3s is already a very cost-effective hand grinder, but the C5 takes it a step further. It's priced similarly to beginner-level grinders, but the grinding wheels have been significantly upgraded!

The grinder wick is the heart of a coffee grinder; a high-quality wick combined with excellent precision equals professional hand grinding. The Timemore C5 generation has been upgraded, significantly improving grind uniformity and delivering flavor quality far superior to conventional wicks.

The original S2C-042-111 patented grinding core, a 42mm seven-star all-purpose tool, has an effective grinding area that is 16.23% larger than the previous S2C660 grinding core (C3s grinding core).

The Taylor C5 and C5ESP are equipped with the original S2C-042-III patented grinder. The more concentrated particle size distribution results in superior flavor. The original S2C (Spike To Cut) grinder also makes it suitable for making regular espresso.

Through several generations of innovation from C2 to C5, TIMEMORE continues to approach the true expression of "sweet and clean". Compared to C3/C3s, the Chestnut C5, through adjustments to the grind, retains some slightly coarser particles while making the overall particle size distribution more concentrated, with a particle size concentration approximately 5% higher than C3S. This maintains a good level of sweetness while preserving clean and bright acidity, achieving an ideal balance of sweet and acidity, while also providing a concentrated flavor intensity, making it easier to extract a "sweet and clean" cup of coffee.
