For this edition, we used in-season Japanese pears from Tokushima, Shikoku, Japan. Grown in the sun-drenched fields of Tokushima, these fragrant pears carry the perfect blend of pear aroma and a crisp, sweet taste.
Our local workshop extracted these flavours to create a drink that embodies the essence of autumn, refreshing and mildly sweet.
