This ceramic filter is made of Alumina ore clay, which contains thousands of small holes of 50 microns, to filter bad smell and impurities of your drinks. In addition, it has far-infrared rays effect that makes the drinks pure and authentic.
This can filter water, coffee, tea or sake/wine. Each filter comes with a pottery stand.
<Caring Tips>
Size of coffee powder: generally dark roasted or medium roasted coffee powder (the size of sugar) is suitable; light roasted coffee powder (as small as salt) is not suitable, may block the tiny holes of the filter.
Rinse with clean water after use and air dry. Do not rub the surface with a brush to avoid damage to the ceramic filter holes. Do not use cleaning agents.
If there is coffee residue on the filter cup, please put it in boiling water for 10 minutes, and then air dry. If the filter hole is still blocked after boiling, please put it on the stove and bake on medium flame for about 15-20 minutes. Or put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees celcius for 15-30 minutes. After baking, please let cool and then rinse with hot water.
Powdered coffee or tea is not suitable for this filter cup, the powder might clog the small holes.
Do not used in microwave or dishwasher.
