Sake coffee is made by soaking Brazilian coffee beans in alcohol.

Pink Champagne
Elegant pink champagne with aromas of raspberry and black cherry, the rich taste of two black grapes blends perfectly with the crisp taste of Chardonnay. The green coffee beans are soaked in this special champagne for a week, allowing them to absorb the delicate flavors before being carefully dried and roasted. This luxurious coffee bean combines delicate aromas of fruit with a rich taste that gives it a pink champagne feel.

【About the Brewery】
The brewery is Sankt Gallen, founded in 2002.
It is one of the leading craft breweries in Japan. In addition to authentic ale carefully brewed using traditional European methods, the brewery is also actively developing sweet beers such as "Sweet Vanilla Stout" and "Shonan Golden Beer."

Golden beer from St. Gallen is used.

Apple Brandy
【About Brewing】
The brewery is CRAZY CIDER FACTORY under Tagboat Co., Ltd. located in Hirakawa City, Aomori Prefecture.
Tugboat Co., Ltd., which originally operated a hot spring facility, began producing cider from apples in order to solve the problems of the small town.
In April 2022, the cider brand "CRAZY CIDER" was launched. In the same year, the product received high praise including the Aomori Prefecture Governor's Award, the highest award in the Aomori Prefecture Specialty Product Competition.
The company is expanding its operations with the goal of addressing local issues and becoming a world-class cider maker.

[Alcohol used]
The premium apple brandy used is "CRAZY DAYS", which was launched in January 2024. The ingredients are only water from the World Heritage Site Shirakami Mountains, high-quality Aomori apples, and yeast. No chemical antioxidants such as sulfites are used, and this product is like a gift from nature.
This is a newly brewed wine that has not been aged for a long time and has a clear color. When you open the package, a fresh apple scent hits your nose. It has a fruity, fresh apple aroma and a youthful, tangy finish.

Yuzu
【About the sake brewery】
The sake brewery is operated by Izumibashi Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, which was established in 1858.
The company adheres to the belief that "sake brewing begins with rice planting" and carries out all the processes of sake brewing from the planting of sake rice. We are dedicated to traditional sake brewing and carefully brew sake using time-honored methods and techniques. They carefully consider the soil, the individuality of the producer, and the characteristics of the rice, and reflect this in the handcrafting process. The result is a sake with a natural, full-flavor.

【Alcohol used】
We use "Ikashita☆Liqueur Yuzu", which was newly released in 2024.
A collaboration between "Amasumani," a shochu made from sake lees produced during the brewing process, and liqueur made from yuzu from Fujino, Sagamihara City.
This is a product that allows you to fully enjoy the aroma and taste of yuzu and the unique sourness of shochu. This liqueur can be consumed in a variety of ways, either on the rocks or mixed with soda water.

The rich flavor of "Ikashita☆Liqueur Yuzu" is fragrant even when paired with coffee.

[About the brewery]
CRAZY VV, Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture
Hoshi Trading Co., Ltd. (Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture) has developed its own brand "CRAZY VV". The brand mainly sells alcoholic beverages such as Japanese wine, shochu, and whiskey. In particular, they sell limited edition items such as "CRAZY VV ONTAKE SINGLE CASK WHISKY NO.213" and are famous for their product lineup that emphasizes quality and individuality. Hoshitrade works closely with manufacturers and distilleries to provide high-quality alcohol products to the market.

【Wine used】
"CRAZY VV ONTAKE SINGLE CASK WHISKY NO. 213" is bottled and aged in cask No. 213, which is selected from the specific casks (CASK NO. 212-215) of the Ontake Distillery that has a contract with CRAZY VV, because it best reflects the characteristics of sherry casks.
This whisky has the unmistakable sweetness of sherry casks, as well as rich aromas reminiscent of honey and maple syrup. Plus, it’s bottled at cask strength (unpasteurized) at 56.7% alcohol by volume, with no water added, allowing you to enjoy the aroma and flavor straight away.

[Coffee beans used] Antioquia, Colombia
Antioquia has a history of coffee production for more than 180 years and is one of the most famous coffee producing regions in Colombia. Located in the central and western slopes of the Andes Mountains, the region has clear water sources and moderate slopes, providing an ideal environment for growing coffee. As a result, Antioquia is known as a producer of high-quality coffee beans.
Antioquia coffee is characterized by a sweet flavor and a delicate and mellow taste, different from the coffee from the southern regions of Huila and Nariño departments. The rich natural environment and traditional growing techniques combine to produce some of the most acclaimed Colombian coffees.

CRAZY VV ONTAKE SINGLE CASK WHISKY NO.213 Aged in sherry barrels, it has a sweet aroma of honey and maple syrup and a mellow taste. On the other hand, coffee from Antioquia is known for its sweet flavor and delicate body, and is considered to be of particularly high quality among Colombian coffee beans.
In this combination, the rich, sherry-like sweetness of the whisky combines with the aroma and body of the coffee to create a complementary flavor combination. The rich aroma and rich taste of whiskey blend perfectly with the delicate sweetness and smooth taste of Antioch coffee, bringing a richer tasting experience.

Plum wine

Junmai Sake is a high-end plum wine (liqueur) brewed in cooperation with juro (plum) produced in Odawara and Soga. It is brewed from junmai sake with moderate sweetness, which is rare in Japan. Juro (plum) is a variety endemic to Kanagawa Prefecture and Odawara, and is often grown for high-quality umeboshi.

Blended whiskey "TWIN ALPS" using the domestic whiskey brand "Mars Whiskey" produced by this sake brewery.
The name "TWIN ALPS" comes from the fact that it is produced at the Mars Komagatake Brewery in Nagano Prefecture, which is surrounded by two Alps (the Central Alps and the Southern Alps). It is made with high-quality water pumped 120 meters underground at the foot of Mount Komagatake in the Central Alps.
This product is created by Honbo sake brewery's technology and beautiful nature, and is characterized by a soft texture and rich flavor.

Brandy
The brewery is "Hokkaido Ikeda Town Tokachi Brandy", and its business is operated by the Hokkaido Ikeda Town Government.
(Ikeda Grape and Wine Research Institute).
The history of Tokachi Brandy can be traced back to the natural disaster that occurred in Ikeda Town in the 1950s. The mayor and other employees at the time took the lead in planting grapes that grew naturally on the mountain. Despite all the difficulties they faced, they continued to make wine and expanded to this day. Businesses that are strongly supported by the local community return profits to community development. The project has the support of the town and contributes to the town.

Use Tokachi brandy "Gentile V・S・O・P".
Tokachi Brandy has a long history and has been producing wine since the 1960s. Brandy made in Japan is very rare and a highly anticipated product.
Northern grapes, rich in acidity, suitable for making brandy. Tokachi wine produced using this process is aged for more than 10 years, creating a delicate and mild taste.

After long aging, Gentile V・S・O・P retains many of the grape and wine components, giving it a mild, fruity sweetness.

Rum
Taragawa Co., Ltd. is located in Miyakojima, Okinawa Prefecture.
The area is rich in natural resources and consists of coral reefs, with over 70 years of Awamori production history.
Taking full advantage of Miyakojima's mellow bounty, we continue to develop our passion for aged sake.

[Alcohol used]
Made with Miyakojima rum "MAKUGAN". The name comes from the dialect name for coconut crab. It also conveys the message that these creatures are familiar to Miyakojima and that we should cherish nature.
Dishes centered on water, yeast, sugar cane and sake artisans from Miyakojima.
The core of pure sake is brewed from hard water rich in minerals unique to Miyako Island, formed by the rise of coral reefs. The native yeast "MY17 strain yeast" from Miyakojima contains a large amount of sweet ingredients and has a mellow and pleasant aroma and taste. The sugar cane molasses is always fresh as it is within direct reach of the distillery.
By utilizing these ingredients, we create a flavor that's not too clean.

Exudes the unique elegant aroma of rum.
The nutty aroma of Brazilian coffee is very prominent.
Using ingredients from Miyako Island, MAKUGAN's unique caramel-like sweetness is blended together to create a complex and deep taste.
In the aftertaste, you can clearly feel the unique taste of MAKUGAN, consciously not being too clean.

Craft Gin
Kumazawa Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. was established in 1896. With the motto "Good sake makes Japan", as the only remaining brewery in Shonan, it plays the role of a local cultural center.
Our business is not limited to sake brewing which we have been doing since our establishment. We are committed to various activities that stimulate "place and people" such as beer and distilled spirits production, restaurant and bakery development and management, event cooperation, and sake rice projects.

[Alcohol used]
"Day Dog", a craft gin produced by Kumazawa Shuzo, is average. The name comes from the characteristics of the land that preserve many Tengu legends.
This product will be released in 2021. This is the first distilled liquor produced by Kumazawa Sake Brewery in 100 years.
Of note is the brewery’s unique manufacturing method. First, they brew rice wine using "kasutori shochu" (rice wine made by re-fermenting ginjo sake). As a spice, only juniper berries, which have a woody bitterness and sweetness, are cured and distilled in three steps.

The botanical ingredient is "Day Dog," and although it's simply made from juniper berries, the special preparation method gives it a rich flavor. Some people say that you can feel the subtle sweetness of Kasutori shochu.
