• Instructions for use:
o Express breast milk with a breast pump
o Carefully pour breast milk into the opened breast milk storage bag
o Store in the refrigerator for one week, or in the freezer for about 4 months

• Thawing method:
o Thaw breast milk with running tap water or warm water. When heating after thawing, control the water temperature to 40°C ~ 50°C.
o Once the temperature indicator ring changes to a color suitable for feeding (around 40°C), pour into a bottle and feed the baby.
o Alternatively, after thawing, pour directly into a bottle; place in a bottle warmer or heat with hot water to 40°C to feed the baby.

• Precautions:
o Do not heat at high temperatures or in a microwave, as high temperature heating or microwave thawing can destroy nutrients in breast milk.
o Feed the baby once the breast milk is heated to around 40°C.
o After thawing, breast milk may appear slightly bluish, yellowish, or brownish, which is normal fat separation; simply shake the bottle after pouring.
o Thawed breast milk may have a fishy smell when heated; try to avoid using very hot water for heating, and shaking the bottle or storage bag during heating can reduce the fishy smell.
