Instructions for Use:
Express breast milk using a breast pump.
Carefully pour breast milk into the opened breast milk storage bag.
Refrigerate for up to 3 days, freeze for about 4 months.
Thawing Method:
When thawing breast milk, use running tap water or warm water. When reheating after thawing, control the water temperature to around 40 degrees Celsius.
Once the temperature indicator ring changes to a color suitable for feeding (around 37 degrees Celsius), pour it into a bottle to feed the baby.
Alternatively, after thawing, pour directly into a bottle; place it in a bottle warmer or heat with hot water to 37 degrees Celsius to feed the baby.
Gentle Reminders:
Do not heat at high temperatures or in a microwave, as high temperature heating or microwave thawing can destroy nutrients in breast milk.
Feed the baby when the breast milk has been heated to around 37 degrees Celsius.
After breast milk thaws, it may appear slightly bluish, yellowish, or brownish, which is a normal phenomenon of fat separation; simply shake the bottle after pouring it in.
When reheated, thawed breast milk may have a fishy smell; try to avoid using very hot water for heating, and shaking the bottle or storage bag during heating can help reduce the fishy smell.
