To ensure the water flow rate is optimal at each baking level, each type of baking paper uses a different paper structure. This different paper structure automatically adjusts the water flow rate.

**Medium-baked paper filter paper**

This double-sided thin filter paper features a balanced design that allows for smooth water flow. It has the largest surface area among the three CAFEC filter papers with different baking levels. Even after absorbing all the fine powder, the water flow path is maintained to the very end. This smooth water flow results in a full-bodied and balanced coffee flavor.
