Newly improved steam technology and precise temperature control allow frozen bread to recreate the aroma of freshly baked bread. With 5 different baking modes, you can create even more of your favorite personalized flavors at home.

Precise temperature control

BALMUDA The Toaster precisely controls three temperature zones. At 60°C, the bread's softness and flavor are restored; at 160°C, the surface begins to turn golden brown; and at 220°C, the surface begins to char, producing a crispy texture. The intensity of the heating wires at the top and bottom is finely adjusted in each mode to achieve a delicious and unforgettable taste, based on the balance of bread type, texture, and aroma.

Brand new steam technology

When baking bread using the BALMUDA The Toaster, pour 5cc of water into the upper water tank. The oven will then fill with steam, covering the bread surface with moisture. As the moisture heats with the steam, the bread surface is lightly toasted to a golden brown, while the inside retains ample moisture and buttery fats, locking in the aroma!

The secret to baking delicious bread

BALMUDA carefully analyzes the characteristics of its bread and adjusts accordingly. For example, toast has a curved top and a flat bottom; the curved top should be facing the oven window for optimal baking results.
