Instructions for Use:
As a breast pump:
1. Ensure the valve is clear. Insert the stopper and center the opening over your nipple. It should feel comfortable when worn, and your nipple should not touch any part of the pump.
2. Press and release the back of the shell to create suction. Place your bra over the shell. Ensure it fits snugly against your breast with no gaps around the edges.
3. If the suction feels uncomfortable, gently press the valve to open and adjust the suction.
4. If the suction feels weak, press the center of the back to increase suction. This suction can maintain milk flow, and you may need to repeat this multiple times during pumping. When pressing the pump, pay attention to the amount of milk collected to avoid overfilling.
Note: Suction can be adjusted by applying different pressure to the back of the shell. Please pay attention to the amount of milk collected to ensure it does not overfill.
As a milk collector:
If you want to use it instead of disposable nursing pads, you don't need to apply suction – just press the valve to release all pressure, or remove the stopper. Securely place the shell in your bra.
To remove and store milk:
1. When pumping is complete, press the valve to release pressure, then gently break the seal with your finger.
2. Place the pump flat on a table, ready to transfer the milk.
3. Remove the stopper and pour the milk from the pouring spout into a container for storage.
Please note:
Do not use the Shell Pump during exercise or while operating heavy machinery.
Do not lean forward or lie down with the stopper open, as milk may leak from the top.

Milk collected over a long period and left at room temperature for too long should not be fed to the baby.
