OTLMall Member Referral Program requires Gold or Platinum membership to automatically participate. After a successful referral, both the referrer and the referee can enjoy instant discounts.

Recommended steps

After logging in, members will automatically obtain their personal "My Referral Code" on the right side of their name on the "Member Center" homepage. The referrer can click the "Copy" or " WhatsApp " icon to send the "Referral Code" to their relatives and friends to register as members.


Step 2

The referee clicks the link, registers as a new member and purchases the desired product. When checking out, enter the corresponding "referral code" in "Use referral code" and click "Use". The system will display "Success: Successfully applied referral code!" and enjoy a HK$10 shopping discount for the first time. The discount for using the "Member Referral Program" will be shown on the order total.


Step 3

After the referee successfully completes the purchase, the referrer can log in to the "Member Center" and go to "My Points", "Records of Earning/Usage" to view the desired points as " Member Referral Reward" 30 points.

【 Terms and Conditions 】

  • The member referral program may be updated at any time, and OTLMall will not make any individual written notification.
  • There is no upper limit on the number of referrals a referrer (existing Gold or Platinum members) can make, nor is there an upper limit on the number of points a referral can earn.
  • The referee (newly registered member) must ensure that he/she enters the "referral code" provided by the referrer before payment, so that the referee can enjoy the first shopping discount. Each referral can only use the "referral code" once and enjoy the first shopping discount. The points will be automatically added to the referrer’s account 1-2 working days after the purchase is completed, and the referrer can successfully obtain the points.
  • The referral shopping benefits are only available to new members who have not registered before. If any duplicate registration is found to obtain the referral shopping benefits, the referral shopping benefits will be deleted without any notice.
  • Member points and Dollars regulations will be updated annually.
  • Member points and Dollars will be based on OTLMall's records as the final valid points.
  • Member points and Dollars cannot be transferred to other accounts or redeemed for cash.
  • The accumulated points will be shown on the receipt for each purchase.

Please do not send messages repeatedly, otherwise the messages will be re-queued and you will miss them.
  • In case of any disputes, OTLMall’s decision shall be final.
